DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERTISE

For over 28 years, I have successfully resolved contentious disputes across the country. I have experienced mediation from all perspectives in dozens of states around the country and in England. I have been the lawyer representing clients during mediations. I have been the client representative as the plaintiff in several mediations. I have also been the client representative as the defendant in over 100 mediations. I have served as the mediator and helped people and companies resolve difficult disputes.

My experience handling mediation includes personal injury claims, consumer disputes, employee conflicts, product liability, breach of contract, corporate disputes, construction matters, securities litigation, and disputes involving government entities including the Department of Justice and state Attorneys General.

From my vast experience in all aspects of dispute resolution, I understand the value of resolving disputes before trial. I am a member of Board for the Association of Missouri Mediators and am the Chair of the Webinar Committee. I am on the approved list of outside mediators for the Mediation and Assessment Program for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. I am also a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution.

Prior to starting my mediation business, I successfully guided Boston Scientific Corporation, a major medical device manufacturer, through multi-district litigations involving thousands of personal injury lawsuits and thousands of other cases in state court-coordinated proceedings across the country. In my role as Chief Litigation Officer, I developed and implemented innovative strategies to resolve thousands of cases.
